Prayers of Protection: For your Children

Today we will be praying God's protection over our children. Check out the podcast and join me as I cover our children. I have provided a prayer guide with declarations and scriptures below to ignite you into praying.

Behold, children are a heritage from the Lord, the fruit of the womb a reward. Like arrows in the hand of a warrior are the children of one's youth. Blessed is the man who fills his quiver with them! He shall not be put to shame when he speaks with his enemies in the gate. Psalm 127:3-5

· We pray Lord that we will train and teach our children in the ways of God. (Proverbs 22:6)

· We pray that we will not leave our children to themselves, but will be diligent in disciplining them for their life’s sake. (Proverbs 29:15)

· We thank you that our children are the crown of the aged and the glory of their fathers. (Proverbs 17:6)

· We pray our children will be obedient and respectful bringing rest and delight to the hearts of their parents. (Proverbs 29:17)

· We pray against any strategy of the enemy to destroy, harm or danger our children.

· We ask you Lord to prevent any disease, virus or plague from befalling our children.

· We ask for your forgiveness for the mishandling of our children in our world and for their trauma.

· Lord we take up the orphaned and the fatherless as our own, we take responsibility for them now in the name of Jesus. (James 1:27)

· We thank you that our children will not have to bear the iniquity of their fathers (Ezekiel 18:20).

· We pray that our children will have visitations from you and will be taught by you filling them with peace (Isaiah 54:13).

· Let our weeping and lamenting over our children be turned into joy as they come to full health and salvation. (Jeremiah 31)

· May those who have left God return with weeping and pleas of mercy as they return to you. (Jeremiah 31)

· We thank you that you are raising up a pure and righteous generation among us.

· We pray our children will add to our families bringing deliverance and wealth.

· We pray our children will be ambassadors and advocates for righteousness in the earth.

· We pray for a new breed of five-fold ministers from our womb who will minister to God and man with a heart of love and compassion.
