What's your Purity Plan?

There are only a few weeks left in 2020, don't give up now! The enemy may be trying to stop you, but you must position yourself to get a plan from the Lord.
A purity plan is a battle strategy to combat compromise of God's word in your life. It starts by identifying the needs and wounds of your heart that hinder your walk with the Lord and hinder your understanding of His voice.
It is important to be aware of the state of our hearts so we can surrender to God and resist the enemy. The enemy’s job is to steal, kill and destroy us. He does this by observing our unmet needs and heart wounds and makes his own suggestions about what we should do about them. If you do not recognize this, you will participate in his agenda, which is opposed to God’s Kingdom agenda.
What tactics has the enemy used on you over and over again that keeps you stuck? Does he use your childhood wounds? Does he torment you with negative thoughts you have about yourself? Is he taking advantage of the weakness of your flesh?
Learn the enemy’s tactics against you and learn how to stay on the offensive. Get ahead of the game and learn to walk in continuous victory over his schemes. Victory does not mean our circumstances will always be comfortable, but it means no matter what life brings we cannot be shaken. You give the enemy blows everyday you say yes to the plans of God. You give him another blow every time you uncover his plans and stop them.
We stay on the offensive by presenting our hearts to God like David did and by allowing God to search it daily. We pour out our desires before the Lord whether they are theologically acceptable or not. Don’t hide anything. Tell God if you were offended or hurt by something. Let God know the injustice that was done to you. Allow Him into every crevice of your heart and private life. Where you open the door to the Lord you close the door to the enemy.
Life gets hard and there are seasons were it seems we are losing, but with the word hidden in our heart, we will always win. Get a fresh word from God and run with it in this next season with courage.
